Years of masking, people pleasing, and trying to fit a mold can leave us feeling disconnected from who we truly are. This coaching session offers a safe, compassionate space to begin unmasking, to gently explore the authentic self that’s been hidden beneath coping strategies and expectations.

Together, we’ll reconnect to your values, acknowledge the labels you’ve carried, and start reshaping your relationship with your ADHD. This is a step toward self acceptance, self trust, and a life lived on your own terms.
