I aim to help others love their ADHD selves by coaching with passion, joy, and authenticity, unveiling the magic that is in all of us

After being diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 38, everything suddenly clicked into place. It was incredibly relieving to understand that I was simply different, yet it was also challenging to realise how deeply ADHD had influenced every aspect of my life. It took considerable time and effort for me to truly get to know myself and begin unmasking in front of others. I worked hard to let go of the shame and finally embrace my ADHD. At times, I felt like I could have really used some support.

This is why I’m passionate about helping late diagnosed adults, particularly women, who often learn to mask from a young age. In our coaching partnership my goal is to assist you in gaining insight into your ADHD identity, embracing it wholeheartedly, and embarking on the long path toward becoming your authentic self.

You are not flawed; you simply have ADHD. You have the power to make your own choices, develop your own strategies, and present yourself genuinely while achieving success, feeling loved, and finding happiness.

Achieve goals

For me, Unveil holds great significance. It is the accomplishment that will enable me to fulfill my values of Independence, Justice, Helping Others, and Growth. I’m leveraging my coaching abilities to achieve this objective. What goals will you reach with the assistance of Unveil ADHD Coaching?

Corporate background

Believe it or not, I come from the IT sector. I worked as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach, which means I assisted teams in reaching their full potential. This involves enhancing efficiency, improving quality of deliverables, and, most importantly, fostering empowerment and happiness among team members while finding their own solutions, processess and tools. Does it sound familiar?

My credentials
