Our ADHD Coaching Taster Session is the perfect way to experience coaching before committing to a package. It’s a low cost, no pressure way to see how ADHD coaching works, connect with me as your coach, and decide if this is the right next step for you.
In this 30 minute online session, we’ll focus on a specific challenge or goal you want to address. Whether it’s time management, getting organised, building confidence, or overcoming procrastination, you’ll leave with clear strategies you can use right away.
The taster session also gives you a chance to experience my coaching style. I work with women with ADHD and late diagnosed adults across Ireland, the UK, and worldwide. My approach blends professional ADHD coaching training with lived experience, so you’ll be met with understanding, encouragement, and practical tools that fit your lifestyle.
We’ll start by discussing your current challenges, explore what’s been getting in the way, and then work together to create an achievable action plan. You’ll get a taste of what ongoing coaching can do for you, plus personalised insights you can apply immediately.

I know what it’s like to feel stuck by small things that aren’t small at all.
This session is a pressure free way to see what coaching can do in a setting that is safe, kind, and actually doable and cheap.

Q: Do I have to prepare anything?
A: Just decide a small topic to bring! The rest we’ll figure out together on the call.
Q: What if I don’t know what to talk about?
A: That’s common, and part of my job. I’ll support you in finding a topic that is important to you right now (and is small enough for the time we have).
Q: Will you try to sell me something?
A: No. This is a standalone session. If you want more after, we’ll talk. If not, you still got support and experienced ADHD coaching with me.
